Online Charging Mediation (OCM)
OCM enables fast solutions for flexible online charging of telecommunication services by bridging the business support systems and network core and service layers. It is operator’s tool for dynamic adopting its charging policy for new network services by utilizing back-end systems of operator’s choice. Back-end systems, such as charging, billing, rating, account and voucher management solutions, payment gateways, and campaign management solutions, CRM and other business support systems are exposed for providing business logic for ever increased number of supported network and service charging events; and determined to deliver complete online charging and real-time marketing solution, combining online charging policy flexibility with personalized marketing paradigm. OCM is built of multiple independent components deployed within a JAIN SLEE environment that may be combined into different deployment options to provide one of the following solutions or any combination of those:
- Prepaid Front-End Application Server
- IMS Gateway Function
- Online Charging Front-End Application Server
- Real-time Marketing Front-End Application Server
Customized applications
Online charging is at the top of our interest and we can promptly react on specific customer requirements, with aim to
offer customized applications based on our core OCM product. Area of our interest is even broader, with special focus
on development of telecommunication services requiring real-time processing, and real-time service triggering in the
context of user context management. Such applications positioned in the service layer of operator’s network, typically
